So…need work from home leads to get your home based business jump started? Be careful if you are thinking about buying leads..here is why?

Getting work from home leads can be obtained in several different ways. You can place ads on the internet or in newspapers, magazines etc.., handouts placed in retail stores or any place where there are many people passing by, or exclusively using the internet. Let us talk about that.

You must be very carefull in how you obtain leads for your work at home business opportunity using the internet. In many cases, they just do not work. If someone is offering to sell you for example 100,000 leads for $60.00 dollars…how many other people are they selling these same leads for?

If you do the numbers, it would take a hell of a lot of leads at $60.00 dollars a crack for that person or entity to make any money. As a matter of fact, it would take sales of over 10,000,000 a week to make nominal money…just for that week!! I wonder how many millions of leads you would have to sell to make $10,000 dollars? Think about it!

That being said, work from home leads should be obtained through other methods rather than purchasing them. I personally would never hand out my hard earned money to any source to buy leads. The best way to get a good successful high quality lead is by generating it yourself.

There are multiple ways to generate your own leads and I will say that SEO (search engine optimization) and list building through a web site is the only way I feel good about. That is for another article though. The mission here is that if you are new and are thinking about purchasing leads for your own personal work at home based business opportunity…DO NOT as you will lose your money.

Maybe you have a niche or something that really interests you and you can create a web site with a blog. Through blogging you can become an affiliate for other peoples products and make commisions by driving customers to other peoples web sites.

Work from home business opportunities offer so much compared to a minimum wage type job. If you are in the market and looking for work from home careers, there are many great opportunities out there but just like anything else, there are no get rich quick type businesses with this. If someone approaches you telling you that, run. Find something else as there are many ethical business opportunities that exist.
